Where it all started
My love of photography started at the beginning of high school when I picked up my Opa's beginner Canon and started taking "creative" photos of flowers and dramatic portraits of my sister in the backyard. This small hobby rolled into me taking journalism classes in high school, majoring in photojournalism at Ball State, and an internship with a fashion magazine in Indianapolis. While the newsroom wasn't for me, I was able to shift this documentary based mindset into a full-time wedding and elopement business right here in my home state of Indiana.

here to show you that the midwest is best.
I've called the Midwest my home for my entire life and one of my favorite things to do is show people how awesome this cornfield filled chunk of the U.S. can be. Michigan is full of gorgeous landscapes with pines, lakes, cliffs, sand dunes, hills, waterfalls, and even mountains (yes - even in the Midwest!!). My goal isn't to convince you to fly me out west to capture your wedding or elopement in Yosemite (but I won't say no to that!). My goal is to show you that you can have your scenic, adventurous, and authentic wedding right here in the Midwest.
Whether you want to elope on the top of a cliff or party 'til the sun goes down at your favorite venue, I'm here to document your Indiana or Michigan wedding in all its Midwest glory.

my promise to the places we go:
my promise to you:
It's our responsibility as visitors of our parks and venues to take care of the land so we can continue to use the beautiful landscapes as backdrops for weddings and photoshoots. This includes (but not limited to) not using confetti or other props that could harm the environment or leave litter, purchasing required permits, staying on mark trails, and leaving the areas we use better than how we found them.
Reagan Lynn Photography is here to capture your wedding day no matter what you believe in, who you love, or who you identify as. Your love story is worth documenting and sharing for the world to see. As long as you have an open mind and an open heart, I'm here to celebrate your unique and beautiful wedding day!
I want to do my best to connect you with vendors who share in the excitement of watching you marry your soulmate! I'll always have a list of amazing and accepting individuals and businesses who would love to help you bring your wedding day to life.
